Where's RPG Maker 95? It's not in the control panel. All it has is 2000 and up. So where's 95?

Note: Not talking about SIM RPG Maker 95. I already have that. Haha

Edit: I tried going to https://www.vizzed.com/rpgmaker95 (great site btw - feels like a real video game) but when I downloaded what it said, all I gotwas tilesets. Not the actual game. What's up with that?
