yea it was fun while it lasted and all. but it didnt give u that feeling that u got when u defeated the elite four on pokemon red, or any of the other pokemon games that brought back memories. still its a very fun game and worth playin.

That game was amazing! I remember it clearly now. I was amazed it was one of the less popular Pokemon games. I loved going back and forth between rooms so I could run into that one crazy guy with suckish cards. You know, the one in the funky suit? I eventually got a card in-game based on him. Although it was probably the worst card in the game (I think it actually HURT you if I'm not mistaken), it was extremely rare. One of my friends had the game, and we constantly traded and battled til we had all the cards. Oh, what a glorious game. 10/10!

I am playing it right now for the first time, I just got 2 mews, moltres, zapdos and articuno, I thought those cards are supposed to be rare? Anyways using an all water deck and have 2 medals that weren't very difficult to get. The game is nice because it gives you somewhere to play pokemon cards as playing them in real life isn't practical. However because its a 1998 game or what not it lacks so much we need, such as Massive multiplayer, new graphics, etc. Kind of wish they would make the fire red or leaf green version for it. New graphics same game, internet capabilities etc. Or just make a modern computer game version however only using first two generations of course. Perhaps different components that can restrict games you host to only using the generations of the host choosing. Won't ever see a remake of it however due to pokemon cards be widely unpopular.

I love this game, I have played it a couple times a few years ago. I could not remember it too well when I was playing other Pokémon games, but they have got to make a fire red or leafgrean version of this game like they did with Pokémon red and blue. Great Game. 10/10

This game was pretty legitimate I must admit. It was fun when I was younger and didn't want to dish out $8 for a booster pack at the 7-11 but could still game. Not that anyone I knew actually played the card game in the real life place, it was still very consuming and addictive. I got most of the cards, but only one of the exclusive Pop-card(is that what they were called?) special ones. I no long have the hard copy of this, and that actually kind of bums me out .. I think there was a Japanese sequel if I'm not mistaken
