Well as some people witnessed I have been acting really childish the last couple of days. This is because I just got terrible news, my roommate and best friend is moving away. Seeing as me and him could barley make rent together now that he is going to be gone I will never make rent. Between that and all my medical expensises I am under and enormous amount of stress. My parents can't help either, they can't help being as they don't have the money either and they live so far away. I really don't know what I am going to do, basically I am selling all the stuff I don't need (except my T.V. and wii, I am sending them to my parents, cause I am addicted. ) This is a terrible time for me I just got off of what I think was some sort of iron lung and my rehabilitation is done. I could be living on the streets around campus, this is going to be a ruff winter.

P.S. Stress makes me act like a kid.

I'm sorry about that, bro, I'm addicted to a lot myself, but have a lot of resources (a scholarship and parents who give me rides, etc.). I hope you're able to find a way to provide for yourself. What kind of job do you have?

Why don't you just move back home and go to a school around there?

I'm sorry to hear that man You will be in my prayers. I had a friend that was in the same postion as you. So your not alone I promise you that. You just have to keep your head up and dont ever give up.

that's rough.... have you started looking for a new roommate? I'm not sure what your living situation is like but that should be one of the first things you should be doing.

geeogree : Seeing as I live so far away I do not have much connections as far as easily getting a room mate. I also can not move close to home because my major I want is best suited here. My stuff is all gone and now I am just waiting to be evicted.

you want to look for a new room mate, then you should ask some friends to tell there friends about it and see if you can get it to workout that way. You could also put an add in the paper or on a public bulletin board and I'm sure that you can find someone.
