Since I'm one of the other old fogeys who remember the NES when it was still a hip, new thing, I have to go with Super Mario Bros. Mainly because I sucked monkey butt at Duck Hunt. But if you wanna talk about the Atari 2600....lol

hoguan : The original Mario Bros. game for me… It was the first game that actually came with the system along with Donkey Kong and a game that had a gun for a controller but I can’t remember what the name of that game was. The game I played the most those from NES has to be Mike Tyson’s Punchout. But I also played a lot of Bases Loaded. Misses the 80s…

My first NES game that I ever played was the first Super Mario Bros. This game was really fun and if you do not like it that is just sad for you.

Cyprian : Thank you for reminding me of Duck Hunt, that was the game that I was thinking of that had the gun for the controller… I like you am an old-timer misses the Atari. The 80s is still alive in those fortunate to have lived it.

Super Mario Bros 3. That was definitely my first NES game (I played newer Nintendo systems before NES). SMB 3 might have been my only NES game ever.

It was either Duck Hunt or Super Mario Bros 3. They are probably the only NES games I ever played until I stumbled across Vizzed. A short time later I got a PS1 and stopped playing NES.

I believe the first NES game I've played was either Contra or Super Mario Bros. Both great games that are available here!
