So I played a pokemon game for old time sakes and just because I like pokemon, I was wondering if once you beat the elite 4 for all of them (beat elite 4 for leaf green and couldnt continue) if that is just it, you cant have the thrill of any of the other events leading after the elite 4. Is that true or is it something I am missing?

loves2play91 : I don't believe that you can continue after the elite four in most Pokemon games on vizzed. That's something that's still being worked out.

However, this thread doesn't belong here. You might be able to get a better response from a staff member if it's in the right forum.

From personal experience, most of the beta games don't even have an Elite 4. The beta games usually have the word "beta" in the title. Pokemon Rijon Adventures is not listed as a beta, but it is. That game ends when you beat the Elite 4, but it's a big game and you can catch some legendaries before the Elite 4.
The problem with Vizzed and Pokemon is that something prevents in-game saves. Because of that, when you beat the Elite 4 the game is unable to save, but it will still automatically redirect to the menu. So you're stuck back at the start without a saved game. The easiest way to prevent this is to NOT save after beating the Champion. That way you're free to deliberately lose. When you lose, you go back to the Pokemon Center and you can return to playing the game. In these games you'll still never get the bonuses from after the Elite 4. There's nothing you can do about it really.
Pokemon Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends is the only Pokemon game I've found that does allow you to continue playing after the Elite 4. There are a few sidequests and plenty of legendaries to hunt down. That game also features some Diamond/Pearl Pokemon.

There may be other games that let you play after the Elite 4. I haven't played all of the Pokemon games, so I can't say Reign of Legends is the only one that works after the Elite 4.

I was able to play after that. It's a great overall game and it's worth playing as a game that goes beyond the Elite 4.

Hey where do you go to get the 6th badge?

I was unaware of not being able to advance past the Elite 4. At least I didn't find out the hard way.
