Dude, you forgot the other dragon types, just cause something doesn't mention the dragon type doesn't mean it isn't one (exp. Charmander, Charmeleon, Charazard). It could help to mix it up a bit.

I think that Garchomp is the best. I like him because he is strong and also if you know how to use him then you can win. I like him the most out of any dragon pokemon.

I'd say that Rayquaza is the best of them and can be used for lots of different teams, but I think Salamence is the best non-rare Pokemon up there.
