Those gosh darned Snipers of Goth in Symphony of the Night! They're a never ending frustration, especially in the Chapel of the Reverse Castle. My least favorite boss would be Galamoth in SOTN also. He is one of the hardest bosses I've faced in a game before, until I did the Shield Rod + Alucard Shield trick and just completely ruined his day.
