Depends on what the game and the toy is. If the toy seems more fun, get that. If the game does, get that. I'd choose legos over a video game any day, and I'm a huge gamer. :B

I definitely think you should go with the video game. Out of all three I've only played 2 and i enjoyed Dragon Ball Z Budakai Tenchi 3!

I like toys also use to have a ton of them when I was young wishes I had the maturity back then to know how to take care of them also as some one them probably would be worth something today particularly the G.I Joe and Pro wrestling action figures I use to have. I think games are more involved though and they can end up being used for educational purposes depending on the game.
I often use to love playing board games when I was younger though I use to take a beating when I would play a game of checkers with either of my three sisters. Monopoly was also fun. There is a lot of differences between then and now though as technology has improved drastically and probably most kids now play more games online or via gaming consoles than we did when we were kids. I still think board games are useful and I feel that when available families should play games together at least one night a week. I know it probably seems sentimental and a little geeky but I think games are a valuable stress reducer and often a much needed diversion from the every day stresses of life. If I had kids I would most certainly try to make it a priority to have a game night in my house. One of these days hopefully… I don’t think you could go wrong with either a toy or a game but in my opinion games are more interactive least that’s the way I feel about it.
