I'd go with Pidgeot because of the evolution and righteous factors. Fearow ain't such a cool dude. Pidgeot doesn't lose its temper so easily and has better stats overall, in my opinion. I'd have to give some respect to Fearow for its Drill Peck move, though. That's one of my faves.

Pidgeot is by far the best. Any and all Fearow I have ever faced (even 10 lvls higher) have fallen to my pidgeot and about the mirror move thing I'm pretty sure you can breed pidgey to have it
