I think this game is one of the best games out there...the graphics are not the best in the world but the game play and the story is the best...the charicters are complex and the way the story unfolds is amazeing as well

yup, I loved that game too, one of the best for PS1. And I liked the timed attack presses so battles were more like mini-games and not so monotonous.

I also remember this game bringing strong emotions from me on a cojuple of occasions. One imparticular that I remember is going through a mountainous pass w/ bandits but in one of the screens a teradactyl looking thing flys by at intervals. I can't put my finger on why but I would stare at that screen for minutes in awe of what I was seeing, kinda weird I know but the game was full of moments like that for me. For the record I didn't even play that game till 06' and the visuals and story still hit me hard. When was the game published 00?

Namrea : dang didn't know it was that old, I bought it when there were like 2 PS1 games being sold new, cuz PS2 had come out, still a freakin awsome game, only part I don't like is the completly obvious fake princess part. That boss fight was a good one though.

I don't recall a PC version :/, the game is fun nonetheless. My only complaint is that the battle system can get too tedious at times, but it's not too much IMO to deter a recommendation.

I absolutely loved this game. I'm pretty good with rhythm-matching (7 years of piano will do that to a person), so the Additions mechanic was actually fun for me.

One of the most enjoyable games I've ever played. I lent it to a friend once in the past who never gave it back, so I went and bought another copy of it. I've beaten it two or three times, and have played through it but gave up randomly a lot of times. One of my favorite games of all time, up there with Xenosaga and Eternal Ring. The addition system made no battle boring, and made you actually feel like beating the boss or enemy or whoever was really up to you. No matter how much you were grinding for levels, if you messed up an addition or ten, you could lose the fight. Lots of fun, lots of side quests and things to do, and beating it the second time was more enjoyable than the first, especially since I used a guide and found so many more thing I never even knew about Searching every single object in the room for stardust became a bit of a habit after a while though. I still do that in other games by accident sometimes, LOL
