yeah, my posting drive is all but gone for the day.... hopefully when the VCS is over I'll start posting 15-20 times per day again like I was before. I don't know if I'll post the official results tonight or tomorrow. I'm heading to bed soon because this whole halloween weekend has been exhausting.... official results will be out tomorrow morning at the latest though

I believe the next VCS is happening in December. Hopefully I can get that clarified by David at some point. The format will be the same because I don't imagine we have the time to change it up for this next VCS. I wish we could but for now nothing will change.

I understand what you mean.... but the VCS isn't about "winning" so much as it is about enjoying posting.

If you like the chat room more then spend time there. The VCS celebrates the people who post a lot.... but it doesn't mean you have to post a lot just because the VCS is on. There are a fair number of people who didn't post a lot because the VCS was on.

True. I just felt like I stopped posting a lot. I was posting a ton. And then I found the chatroom. I love it there so far. However, posting is important too. I want to at least get to 1000 before I hang em up. =P

Whew! Finally glad it's over. Not that I didn't have fun, but I think I'll chill for a while after this VCS, then resume posting as usual. I've got stuff I've gotta do. Anyways, congrats to vizwiz, you just scored me 4,000 Viz . I haven't received it yet, though. When will VCS_BETS send out our winnings?

Well I am glad with my placing. This was my first VCS and I think that I did really well. I did not know about it until like 10 days in though... so next time I am aiming to win. I will be back with Ravering Syndrome!

that won't stay accurate for long, but it's pretty accurate for the amount of posting that happened over the last month. I'm in 5th place but I got 2nd place in the competition. It's not about outposting everyone every single day.... it's about strategically getting wins or outscoring the people ahead of you. Don't assume that spamming up to ravering syndrome everyday will result in a win.

Well, the "most active users from the past 30 days" was pretty accurate for the top 5 in the VCS.

Anyways, I would put the "5th in the October VCS" in my custom username, but it's already chalked full of stuff . I'm being serious, you would only be able to put a couple more letters on it because all of the obsessive coding. I'll wait til I win one to put it up there.

So, yeah, I knew I'd get fifth. Septembern went invisible for the last few days of the VCS anyways.

The next one is in December right? If that is the case... everyone look out. I have a WHOLE MONTH off for winter break. Which means I could do serious damage. =P Not too many 100 post days though. I did one. And it killed me the rest of the competition.
