Im willing to bet it isnt blocked at the high school I went to, I could my younger brother check. I would've probably been the only person in the whole to go to this site, and it would only be blocked after the first few times someone would go to it, ie however those logging, tracking, (keywords) things work. Maybe after a week of going tot he site, if it was deemed inappropriate for school it would be blocked. But there were ways of getting around in my school. They did crack down last yr though.
