The supermarkets here in Australia are normally a comfortable temp.
I mean except for the aisles with the cold stuff of course, those are cold.
If you are cold or hot you will just get in and out as quick as possible.
It makes no sense for the supermarket manager to make the store an uncomfortable temp, if the temp is nice you will stay in the store longer and potentially buy more.

I've only noticed that in giant supermarkets like CostCo that are too big to heat efficiently, or in the cold aisles of frozen food or dairy. I don't really mind stores being cool anyways, since they are full of food it helps keep them fresh, especially produce
