I've just rediscovered a long time favorite flash game called "N". In it, you play a small black ninja and the object of the game is to get to the end of each stage. The game is divided into 30 episodes, and each episode has 5 stages. The controls are simple; arrow keys to run and the shift key to jump (you can change these), but the game is nail rippingly difficult. You gotta dodge a plethora of different enemies and projectiles, flip switches to open doors, and make difficult jumps all at the same time. You always die in 1 hit, and you can also die from a bad fall. Did I mention the time limit? Yeah, each episode starts with 90 cumulative seconds for all 5 stages, but you can get 2 seconds added for each piece of gold you pick up. The game isn't particularly colorful, being mostly shades of gray, but it runs very smoothly and everything is easily distinguishable. There are in-game tutorials if you want some more information about specific features. Something fun that it won't tell you is that you can kill yourself on the ceiling if you wall jump fast enough. This game was so popular, that they even made a version of it for the DS, PSP, and XBox arcade called "N+". If you enjoy a good puzzle platformer with punishing difficulty, I'd definitely reccommend trying this game. Here's a link to the site:

i have played this game alot in the past it is really fun but i would not say it is neccisarily worth money good but not money worthy

I love getting blown away by heat-seaking missiles.It was always a joy to see your guy fly in the air.:p

I got it on ds lite but it is called N+. it's cool that you can replay what you have done and see the moment of impact! it is also cool that his arms and legs fall off if chopped or crushed or blown up!

Oh, I know this game. Quite fun and addictive. I would recommend it.

I've played the game before, and it is awesome. You can even create your own levels, though I haven't done that before. There are a ton of great user-created levels, including some genius ones that have you just pressing one arrow key to complete a level while maintaining acrobatics, drops, lifts, etc. Great game.
