I would say it is a tie between Hotmail and Gmail.

I am always on AIM and whenever I sign on, it opens up my browser right onto AOL so that's pretty convenient for me. I really don't see anything special between the different Email providers. However, I no longer enjoy the "You've Got Mail!" message anymore.
