If you have a Microsoft OS, than it should've came with a back-up disk with that on it. Otherwise, it'll cost money. But it's a great program, no need to test. =D

You will have to torrent the program if you want it, otherwise, you will probably get a virus if you download it directly.

Which if you want the full version you either have to buy it or download it from a torrent site.
