If you have a Microsoft OS, than it should've came with a back-up disk with that on it. Otherwise, it'll cost money. But it's a great program, no need to test. =D

Microsoft Word is part of the MSOffice suite.
Which if you want the full version you either have to buy it or download it from a torrent site.
Which is slightly (ok, more then slightly) not legal so I wont say anything other then "google microsoft office torrent".
Of course you could always try a free document program like OpenOffice.
