I used to like Sponge Bob 4 years ago but now his laugh is one what I think one of the most annoying thinks in the world. They should replace this with a better one. Actually if I had some words to say to the director of Sponge Bob I would say this,"Just stop the horrid show!"

I love watching spongebob when I was a little kid, but when I got older and when the shows got newer it just became boring for me in my opinion. but I think spongebob are entertaining for the young viewers who watch it.

I admit when it first came out I thought it was great. It was funny and a new take on cartoons (a sponge as a protagonist),but now I don't laugh at anything and sponge-bob gives me a headache, his voice anyway. I am getting tired of seeing squidward in every episode or patrick in every episode. I honestly don't know what they can do to improve it though. It has gotten a lot grosser than it once was.

I think Spongebob got old before it started. After seeing the commercials that showed only the opening song for about the 100th time ever week, I couldn't stand it anymore. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, and watched one episode. I turned it off after seeing him lifting weights with stuffed bunnies, then running saying "I'm ready! I'm ready! I'm ready", just to find out he was applying to work in a fast food restaurant. That was it for me. I had to watch a lot with my little brother and some of the kids I work with, and it hasn't changed my opinion.

This is exactly what I thought when the show first came out. Maybe the show isn't getting weirder/dumber as much as you are getting older/wiser. I have never watched more than 3 minutes of spongebob at any given time, so I may not know what I am talking about.


Edit- Just noticed Vincent said almost the same thing as me.  After mousing over the names in here, it seems like most of you are around 12-15 years old. I just think Sponge Bob is a show geared towards young children and not teenagers. How many of you still watch Sesame Street? lol
