Well I use Google Chrome a lot for just looking up stuff and FAQ's I also tend to look up walk throughs and tutorials I also have started to use Unity 3D to make games. I also am starting to model in Blender I would recommend them both.

firefox and spotify all the way i don't care about anything else on a computer apart from Internet and music tbh thats the only reason i even own an Internet, i doubt too many people buy one just to use paint although i guess word would be quite popular for office people ofc

The program I use the most is, by far, Google Chrome.

Notepad is probably second since it's so easy. I back up all of my layout codes on Notepad and it's handy for saving other stuff since it takes up virtually no space.

Third would probably be Paint.net. I use it for all of my layout backgrounds along with anything else that involves mucking with pictures.
