Hey, has anyone played or is playing I Wanna Be The Guy? (IWBTG) After beating I Wanna Be the Boshy, I decided to try the original game, and phew is it hard! lol

I strongly suggest playing it if you can easily take down any Mario game, Donkey Kong game or Sonic, because it is a lot like those only a LOT harder haha.

That game tortured me so badly. I remember quite a few WTF moments. but still really fun.

I've been trying to beat this game for a good chunk of this past year. I was mostly inspired by Cloud8745 :p His IWBTG LP is my favorite of his so far.

Unfortunately, the game stopped playing music and sound for absolutely no reason at some point and then I lost my motivation to play, since music is one of the things that keep me interested in any game. After switching my operating system to Ubuntu [Windows conformists!!!] I had to continue playing the game using Wine, which lags like nothing else. The game became virtually unplayable, so I had to quit.

I'm still determined to beat it. Maybe at some point in the future. And hey, maybe epic lag will make for an excellent handicap. -)

I will try it... after I beat all Sonic the hedgehog (1 and 2) bosses in "Sonic 2 : Robotnik's revenage" without getting hit, then I will go to "Ghost and Gouls" and then this game.

I have played this game to and must say i suck at it, it took me more than 200 deaths i think to even kill one of the bosses. So jealous of the people out there who can win games like this with zero deaths.....
