These 2 pictures explan a lot.

I been trying to change my stupid Shadow user pic to a Claus one (Mother 3 FYI) but I have been having problems.

My files are in the right format, in the appropriate size, BUT I STILL HAVE ERRORS .

It's based on the file name you need to name your picture as .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png

All I see is "Claus Userpic For Websites" just rename as claus.jpg or one of the other file types and it will work.

I had the same problem with a pic I made in MS Paint (boredom can do strange things Lol). I treid renaming the actual file to Zel.gif instead of just Zel (like it was before) but it didn't work. I got around the system by putting it into my custom title, but still... I want to make it my User Pic instead!
