Thats crazy. The ingredients that give you the calming effect are Melatonin and Valerian root. First they came out with that spice stuff and now this. I'll have to go and try this stuff to see how it compares to real purple drank.

I've got serious problems sleeping at night, I just can't seem to turn my brain off because I've constantly got ideas racing through my head lol. Something like this would be worth trying out to see if it helps me sleep better. Sounds like it's pretty expensive though, if anyone tries this they should give us all a thorough review.

okay I'll admit I'm biased cuz I start working for a Dr. office in 2 days but if u r having trouble sleeping.... see your doctor. They have the access to good non-narcotic, mostly not dependent forming (anything that u use to sleep could become habit forming, so warning there, even this drink or tylenol PM).

fightorace : Yeah those energy drinks I've heard aren't too good for you. I'll drink a Monster here and there, or even better--a 5 Hour Energy Shot, and they do give me energy when I need it. Although I wouldn't recommend daily consumption for extended periods of time because it's risky I think. Same goes for "Drank"  ..-------------------- |
