So do you have permission to put other peoples hacks up? I know a lot of the creators and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want their hack here, I know I wouldn't.

I don't see why someone who made a hack wouldn't want their hack on a site, isn't that the whole purpose of making a hack, to show it off to others?

There's plenty of sites that have Pokemon Waterfall on them, give me proof that the creator of the game wants it removed and than I'll remove it.

Dude, we have nothing bad to say about the games that the PokeCommunity has given us, and we never will. Thousands of people here have played your games, and nor the staff or the owner (Davideo7) are gaining nothing from this but pride that people are enjoying themselves playing games on the site. I saw the pic, the beta games do get updated when there's an update or final release. Tell him that.

And it's not like alot of these say "do not distribute".

Hacking is a hobby, hacks are NOT made for other people to put on their website without permission, if you had been working on a hack that you spent years working on, would you be happy if someone took it and put it on a random website, that you don't know, and there could be anyone on that website? I understand the owners position of wanting something that is theirs removed. However, this is why you don't post hacks or allow people to download it cause they will distribute it all over the web. So whoever decided it would be a good idea for others to download this hack in the first place is ultimately the one to blame. If you want a hack to be exclusive to you only then simply take precautions and down allow people to download it.

because the hackers know the site they're putting the hack on, and they're doing it thereselves, in this situation the hackers don't kow the site and it's being put on by randome people they don't know, WITHOUT permission, and btw, I contacted the creator o Pokemon Identity and he wasn't to happy about other people posting HIS work.
