I've got two of them that I really have liked

1) Death of Aeris (Final Fantasy VII) - How could anyone not get saddened by this cutscene? You get very attached to the brooding potential romance between Cloud and Aeris and then she is just cut down by Sepiroth. I'm pretty sure I cried a little bit during this one.

2) Kane Disposes his key 2nd (Command & Conquer) - I always thought this game was really ahead of the times as it used real live actors for its scenes. Just as your starting to ramp up the game you think you might be able to run the whole Nod empire and talking about a coup. Kane comes out of nowhere and shoots his key 2nd in the head and basically lets you know that he knows and runs everything. It was pretty graphic scene and totally awesome!

God of War 3= Kratos was finally successful on killing Zeus and then he kills himself with the blade of olympus then Kratos disappears after the credits roll.

I also like the part where Kratos got pissed offed because Zeus said he failed his family and after Pandora died only to reveal that the box was empty, Kratos face looked the most angry I've ever seen.

One of my favorite cutscenes is from mega man x4. When you get to the final boss as zero and you get to see zero from after he was first created by dr wily. Him and Sigma have a really awesome fight and of course sigma barely wins ( zero whooped him good!!!! ).

One of my favorite cutscenes would be from Paper Mario TTYD whenever one of the characters would look at the screen & talk to you & the other characters would be wondering who they were talking to. I also enjoyed pretty much any cutscene involving Dark Samus & the scene in OoT right after you beat Twinrova & they're arguing the whole scene.

The Kingdom hearts 2 ending is also up there as one of my favourite Cut scenes, The Part where Sora is reading the letter and Kairi's voice is Echoing behind his voice.. Immense.

My favorite cut scene was the scene for the optional boss Fury from Final Fantasy XII. You walk into the room and this giant snarling green behemoth thing is walking towards you and you're pissing your pants because of how mean it looks. Then out of nowhere a little purple bunny pops up and bounces off of the behemoth's head. The behemoth falls over dead and you fight the bunny. I almost fell out of my chair laughing.

My all time favorite is the one before Ridley's battle in Other M. It shows Samus's fear when she saw her old foe who show knew she killed on Zebes. Also when Anthoney yells "LET HER GO" and aims the laser at Ridley's head and Ridley looks back at him in somewhat of a "HUH" expression.
