Come all ye children of God, and hear the word of the Lord. In his word he says He's coming back. Not a teacher, but as a judge. He is coming back to claim his sheep, and take them to the other side of the pasture. For the sheep, us, who have right all their lives, his coming to take them to other side. Where the grass, the word of God, is greener than the color green. The Lord will come and take us, his sheep, to the other side. for in his word he said, ' I am Alpha and Omega. The beginning and the ending. Which was, which is, and which is to come.' ~Rev. 1:8~ The Lord is on his way back. So I ask you this question. Will you be ready. When the Lord comes to take his sheep to the other side. In the book. The Book of God. It says, ' In the beginning God was the word, and the word was God.' The Lord was here in the beginning and he'll be here 'til the end. The Lord has blessed me with wonderful freinds, and family. Some in which are not here today, but I thank Lord for blessing me with those people. In His word he said,' I would never leave nor forsake you.' So I ask you again. It's good to have this mindset today as it still is today...

Matthew 24:42. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. Luke 21:36. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.

The good news is that as Christians we have already been judged for our sins through Jesus on the cross. So when He comes back for His born-again church He won't be a judge in regard to our sins. But He will come back as a judge for rewards in regard to the things we have done with Him by His Spirit.

mr.pace : I'm glad to see that you want to share about this. It is very important. The end is drawing near... we're only missing a few pieces described in the Bible before the rapture comes. Whether that happens now or in a hundred years is anyone's guess, but it's jolting to discover how little is left to be done.
For one, in the book of Revelation, it says that during the late part of the tribulation, an asteroid called Wormwood will strike the earth, destroying 1/3 of the population and corrupting the waters. Well, recently, scientists in Australia have found an asteroid that is going to pass extremely close to earth in about 2017. Do you know what they named it? Wormwood. Scary, isn't it? But we ought not to be scared if we are Christians. We will get to avoid all this.
In fact... I think the only thing holding back the rapture now is the lack of the temple in Jerusalem. I'm pretty sure as soon as God allows it to be rebuilt, we'll be gone.

But I'm not worried about it, a lot of the end signs have been happening for hundreds of years, and as the bible says "The day of the lord will come like a thief in the night" so this (combined with other things) makes me believe that any day someone picks as the start of the end times will be wrong

Jesus gave in the Bible some of the signs that the end is approaching. There will be major world wars, famine, pestilence, and earthquakes. We are certainly living in a time of great wars. But there has also been horrible famine in the world, and AIDS and other diseases are spreading at unprecedented rates. We're also having more earthquakes and other natural disasters than ever before. This is all nothing new, but we are at the beginning of the end.

Jesus also gave prophecies concerning the coming of cataclysmic events and that when all of them are beginning to be fullfilled, He said, "Look up and lift your heads, because your redemption draws near" (Luke 21:28). The prophetic events He spoke of have certainly begun to happen today, albeit we aren't seeing them in full fruition.

"Of that day and hour no one knows" (Matthew 24:36). This should be underlined in the Bible. No one knows the day or the hour, but people continue to write books predicting when He will return. They've all been wrong so far and will continue to be wrong. When Jesus returns for His church and raptures us into heaven it will come as a complete surprise. He's coming at a day when no one expects it. It's disappointing when someone predicts His return, setting dates based on some calculations based on an interpretation of prophecy. Jesus told us right there, "no one knows." Once someone sets a date it's pretty sure it won't happen then. Well I personally believe all of the Bible prophecies have been fulfilled and all that's left is the Rapture.

How about today? Do you think Jesus will come today? No? Well, that's great, He will come when we least expect Him. Could be today, who knows?
