I'll give Pachirisu a 1.5/10 for it's speed. Other than that, it's awful. It's attack stats are as bad as Sharpedo's defenses.

Next up is Exeggutor.

Exeggutor gets a 6.7/10. Lovely Sp.Attack, decent defence and Hp and it's moveset is good enough. Too bad it gets beaten up by Dark, Ghost, Fire, Flying and Ice. It get mauled by Bugs. Not helped by having mediocre Sp.Defence. I would still like to use it in the game game though.

Somebody try rate Aegislash.

I haven't used Aegislash yet, but it looks like it can be a pretty decent wall. I'll give it a 7.5/10.

Next up is Bellossom.

Bellossom is an alright pokemon, I have used it a few times before. Its best stat is its hp which is at max at level 100 is 354 which is fairly good and above average. Next is its special defense which is 328 and is also pretty good. Its lowest stat is its speed which is 218 at best which is pretty low. But nevertheless it is still okay stat wise. It can learn some decent moves like giga drain and leaf storm which does 140 damage which is pretty strong. 

Personally though I would go with a vileplume over a bellossom though, it has better moves in my opinion.
Overall, I give it a 7.5/ 10 which seems fair. 

Next up is Nidoking!

nido king is a ground poison type, so poison moves barely affect it as well as resistance to 4 other types and weakness to just 4, one being ice and seeing ice is not very common it's still ok, yet water types are indeed common

as with most pokemon who stone evolve nidoking barely has any moves after evolving (you can train nidorino, but that's his movepoll i focus on nidoking)
chip away helps in a battle where the foe raises lots of defense with iron defense or something, but does mediocre damage compared to other high powered moves
thrash have to be used 3 turns in a row and you are confused, good for doing a 3 hit ko but then switching
earth power does a good number on your foe and may lower sp defense to make the next hit harder, it also does extra damage with the type match up. seeing it does sp damage and is super effective on steel types it can sweep out a huge threat
megahorn adds to nidokings versitality being a bug move and does great damage even without type matchup (exactly why i taught samurottXD)
overall i give it an A-
abilities are...
poison point which has a chance poisoning after a physical move
rivalry which raises power if the enemy is the same gender, in this case male
sheer force which would increase the power of chip away and earth power but lose the secondary effect
i give it a solid b
the final grade i give it is a b+

try eelectross, one of my favorites next

4/10. Way overrated. On a side note, wtf Nidoking is only 4'7'' tall? I always imagined it would be huge.

I'll give Eelektross an 8.5 because it has no weaknesses and is immune to ground attacks.

Next up is Pinsir.

Chewedmint : you skipped over Mecha Leo.

Pinsir has these huge, uh, pincers, which is uses to crush opponents. It's kind of ugly, but it's an okay fighter. 

I rate him 7 out of 10.

Next is Swampert.

Swampert is a good Pokemon. His water and ground type combo is awesome. He can learn some pretty good moves. I rate him an 8/10.

Next up is Horsea.

I like Horsea, both it and it's evolutions are pretty good, and it's a relatively easy dragon-type Pokemon to get early on in the game. 8/10.

Next Pokemon will be Lucario.

9/10 for Lucario. One of my favorite Pokémon. Both attack stats are strong and it also has fairly good speed. I also like the immunity to poison.

Next up is Sudowoodo.

9.99/10 . Goomy is the ultimate reason why I'm still into Pokemon (besides the mega evolutions and new Pokemon). I gave it a 9.99 because it is said to be a WEAK dragon Pokemon which I don't like especially when there talking about my life right now (which is goomy).

rate Heracross next!

heracross is a pretty good bug and fighting type and I like it a lot. I especially like it for its move megahorn which is its signature move. It does 120 damage and has a good accuracy of 85% which is pretty good and I think this is one of its best moves. Its best stat is attack which is 383 at max and its hp which can reach 364 at max. Both of which are fairly good. I like its megaevolution as well and it might look a little weird, but its stats are amazing, its attack shoots way up and goes to 515 which is enormous. So overall I give it a 9.5 out of 10 which is pretty fair.

Next pokemon up to rate is pinsir! 

7.5/10. Never thought much of Pinsir, but it is actually pretty decent.

Next up is Mightyena.

7.5/10 Ehh mighteyena is a pretty fair Pokemon but I would like to see another evolution from this Pokemon.

Now rate the Pokemon eggsacute or however you spell the egg psychic Pokemon.

1/10. Exeggute isn't useful at all since the earliest you can find one is in the Safari Zone in Fuschia City. Exeggutor, on the other hand, is a beast.

Next Pokémon is Wailord.

Wailord, the whale Pokemon. This Pokemon is powerful and has good defence. It also has some powerful moves that it can learn either from TM / HM or just by leveling up. 8.5 / 10

Next Pokemon up is PIKAchu..

Pikachu is a decent pokemon and its stats may not be the best, its total is a mere 300 which isn't very good, but its best stats are its speed which can reach 300 which is decent, and its next best stat is its HP which at max can reach 274 which is below average in my opinion. 

It can however learn good moves like Thunder and discharge with both have a decent amount of accuracy. Personally I think that raichu is a much better choice and I would definitely evolve pikachu if I was given the choice.

So I would give it a rating of 6.5 out of 10, it is an okay pokemon that has decent moves but its stats are fairly low and I would definitely choose a better electric type pokemon.

Next pokemon up...Scizor! 

Scizor is a rather good Pokemon, with total base stats of (I think) 500. It has spectacular Defense and pretty good attack, and the rest of it's stats except speed are about average. It has a really good typing to, with it's only (but incredibly lethal) weakness fire. All in all, a solid 8. It would be higher, but seeing as it's an evolved Pokemon and it's total base stats remain the same as it's previous evolution, that's the rating it gets. Not to mention, it looks absolutely amazing.
