I'm afraid of heights, to a certain extent. Yet I still enjoy wall climbing and want to one day go to the top of the Dubai tower. And I never thought about it, but that also contradicts me wanting to be above the clouds in a plane. Great view up there.

I also like to sleep in the mountains, enjoying the veiw, and feel how great it is to be high up.

I also like to see the view from outerspacem and then fall to the Earth, but with a parachute.

I'm not afraid of heights at all, really. I actually have intense vertigo, which is basically the opposite of heights- I can't stand being close to, say, a skyscraper. It's why i'm always really uncomfortable walking through downtowns of large cities like Chicago.

I am afraid of heights but only if there is no wall or window. I've been to Melbourne in the glass box thing which goes out over the city and I wasn't too scared by that. But then standing near the edge of a cliff freaks me out

Just can't stand heights without a well known support to the senses.
Cliffs are the worst because of the visual effects which adds to it's danger factor.
Don't get me wrong, I can stand and like being up on mountains, just the edge to a free fall
is what gets to me.

Viewing from atop of Dubai sounds like an awesome experience in itself.
I mean just to know you are still connected to the ground somehow but still,
you are as high as a plane! Mind-blowingly enticing.
It's also very nice to be above the clouds in a plane, but it freaks me out that there's nothing between you and the earth but air and precipitation.

it depends. if I stay from my roof in my bedroom I can stay there for a time (however the window doesn't have grids). now if I stay in an apartment's roof that is in the 10th floor above I can't stay there (afraid of being pushed from there).
