The Logitech G5 Rev2 laser mouse.
Wired, USB, with multiple dpi settings, thumb buttons and mini weights for custom mouse weight.
I prefer it to alot of the newer models of Logitech mice because of it's classic shape, durability and reliability.

On my PC I have an old fashion 3 buttoned wired mouse.

Here's my Mouse. It's an ergonomic mouse and is incredibly comfortable once you get use to it. Relieves a lot of strain from my shoulders and also my wrists.
