It was like any day and I was playing pokemon emerald. I beat the elite four champion. YES!!! But, before the credits, it says please save. So I do. After the creadits this shows up: YOUR FILE HAS EITHER BEEN DAMAGED OR CORRUPTED. My file is gone. All there is to select is NEW GAME and OPTIONS. WHY DEAR GOD OH WHY DID THIS HAPPEN!?

I've heard this problem from several people who were playing it on here. I myself, haven't really had the patience to keep going in Emerald because it doesn't appeal to me as much as the older gens, but I think there's a fairly good amount of people who complained about this.
