My favorite thing is probably the class I take that is a mix of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Krav Maga. It's the perfect balance between workout and self-defense training. Muay Thai is actually used by a lot of UFC Fighters. It's one of the parts of Mixed Martial Arts and it is a lot of fun.

The place I go to also has an incredibly positive atmosphere, so I can generally forget about any stress in my life while I'm there. It's a nice escape from problems in my life.
