If I could go back to about the beginning of middle school I think I would do sooo many things different and become a totally different person. I think about this a lot and I'm sure a lot of you out there think this too.

I feel with some of the choices I've made I lost a lot of good friends and missed out on chances to make more. Knowing what I know now and how I've lived my life. I think if I had just one more chance I could be a better person. Anyone else have stories like this they want to share?

Yah, I really want to go back and retake some tests that I did poorly on. You know, where you have a reputation of being a smart kid in class, and you got a low grade on an easy exam, and all the other students got perfect scores, yah, then I would want to go back to the past.

I also want to go back to rethink about choices of what I do, maybe go back in time to just try to be more healthier, so later on, you can be fit.

yah, I wish we can go back in time to do more stuff, don't miss out on chances, and make your life better for the future.

Seeing as I get a 16 on the ACTs, I would like to be a better student. I'm struggling in college now and wish that I would have tried harder in school...but all those video games...staying up late watching Adult Swim til 4am, sitting on the internet and chatting when I had class at 8am...I was just too tired for school.

I wish I flirted a lot more and went after some girls. Who knows, maybe I could have got to be good friends with some of them, or got to have known Annette sooner. I'd redo a bunch of tests, study a lot harder, and pick some different classes and dodge certain teachers. I wish you could just rewind to any point in your whole life, and start from there, and if you didn't like it, you could go back to your original life, or try again. I wish real life had save states T_T

Yeah a few things I would've done differently. I would've never gone to college, that's for sure, $25,000 for stuff I already knew was a waste

I would've also taken more sports in high school, that's probably my biggest regret, in fact, I sometimes have dreams where I'm given a 2nd chance to go through high school and take the sports I never took. Only took 1 year of Cross Country and due to sinus problems I got, I didn't perform very well but I was the 2nd best on my team before the sinuses so now I have to live with the fact that I had the potential to go far in it but was held back by bad sinuses

The only thing that I wish I would have done is get together with me girlfriend a bit sooner. If we had started dating sooner she probably would have got me to be a better student Other than that I'm pretty good with my past.

I either wish I would've went for someone sooner, or actually... maybe not go for her at all... i can't decide whether or not it's a better idea haha

Now that's always a hard decision...trying to figure out what would have been better.

I would have done pretty much everything differently.

I was the most antisocial, annoying SOB there ever was most of the time. I never really wanted to do much other than sit down, ignore everybody, and read my book (no, not the school book, my own book). And most of the time, when someone did talk to me, I'd ignore then, insult them, or do something completely off-putting, like hiss at them or burp. And, boy, I can make my burps thunderous when I want to. Needless to say, I didn't have many friends in middle school.

Not many of the teachers liked me either. It's not that I was a stupid kid, they were well aware that I retained just about everything they taught, and I always did very well on tests and quizzes. I just did the best I could to avoid doing any work at all. Also, I have very bad ADHD, and I would occasionally forget to take my meds in the morning, so sometimes I could be VERY disruptive in class. I was loud, obnoxious, disrespectful, and just an all around PITA. (It's much better now though. If I forget them once in a while now, I'll just concentrate really hard on staying calm.)

Thankfully, while it's true that you never get a second chance to make a first impression, most people do come around after a while. I realized that I didn't want to go through high school with no friends, so I started acting more or less normally. Now, when I look back on that I can barely believe I did most of what I did. If I could go back and undo it all, I would, because I realize now that I completely alienated a lot of really nice people, and I feel bad about that.

If I could go back to last school year and do certain things differently that would be good, but too bad that can't happen, it could happen only in my dreams.
