god i hate getting magicarp all the time!!! but my worst pokemon i didn't actually catch but it was tocapi, by the time it hatches its too weak for the rest of my party and takes forever to catch up -.- kinda wish they gave you a smoochim or a pichu, something more useful.

I soft reset my game for a shiny Dialga in my Diamond, and I finally caught it, but I checked it's IV's, and not one of them was over 7.

Zubat's were always difficult for me to raise at the beginning mainly for the fact that it's moveset were extremely weak and that it was common. The only good part about it is that it can be raised to be a Crobat.

For me, it would probably be a Sentret because of its stats and a Zubat because of its move set, especially in Red and Blue.

Well everybody seems to think Magikarp is a useless Pokemon, but I like to use him in sweeper teams! I'd have to say that the worst Pokemon I have ever caught was hoppip, because it has a really bad movepool and I think it looks ugly and uninteresting.

Rattata. It is completely useless. Sure it's stronger than Magikarp, but wanna know something? At least Magikarp evolves into something that could be useful in a gym battle. Rattata/Raticate serves no use unless it's level 100. And even then, you should have a stronger pokemon somewhere.
