hello all its amazeing to see suck a grate sight exists and have the plesure of fineally joinging just recently as i have never seen such vast collection of grate memories from the past in one grate location on the net with out having to do majore down loads of patches and emulators with attachments, starting with the basics, i grew up in ottawa and was from the young age 10 got hooked with atari 2600 had a large collection and then from there started with the NES and remembering all the grate games and for some reason the one game that sticks in my min is festers quest....sure the game sucked but it stuck with ya lol and after that the snes and i remember only wanting to play rpg's non stop on it since they did the best for at the time for console rpg games such as FF 2-3 American release. and a whole bunch i could fill a screen with but wont. and remembering when i finally got a sega gen for 10 bucks from a friend and only games i remember playing most besides sonic was shadow run, but wasent as good as snes version but beyond oasis was good, prior to my snes days i did go through the turbo graphics 16 and also sega master system. nothing worth remembering. after sega gen i bought the sega cs attachments and also the 32x that lasted only 3 months before the pulled the plug and i was freaking anger since i spent 200 bucks for the 32X madning and got doom with it. but as for the sega cs the only best game even to this date i found was snatcher by konami was a real gem to remember story at the time for me was epic and really got you involved. 2 years after that i got a job with a game store starts with Micro ends with play lol. and at that time i was living it with access to the atati jaguare (flop) and also the 3do system and then finally after cdi (flop) and then Sega Saturn (was ok) then ps1 (god!) then dream cast for me and then ps2 (450bucsk!!) worth it and then xbox then finaly when to x360 and then ps3.

also forgot to mention after such long jearny of growing up with games to this date i got a job back in gameing with a store that starts with micro and ends with play gratest benifets of working for a game store is free rentals baby!

but now married with a 3 year old its easy to remember about all the gaems played back then, still remembering with this wonderful sight vizz, thanks vizz for existing and helping me remember the grate days of past, memories, and grate times.

Glad you like this site, Tim! You're officially part of the crowd. We all like it here!

Though, this sounds more like a thank-you letter than something that should be in a thread. Plus, it may also be better suited for the video games forum instead of here. But that's the moderator's decision, not mine.

But yeah. We've all had the exact same thoughts as you about how awesome this site is! But make sure you post too to keep getting viz, or you'll only be able to play 5 games Lol.

Edit: Hate to point this out, but if I don't, someone else will. You might want to work on your spelling and grammer. Legibility is a high priority across the board here, and its respected by all the higher-ups as well. Just a little bit of advice.

You're very legible, no worries.

Welcome the jungle!

I'll just move this over to the newbie forum for now as this is pretty much your introduction post.

Glad to have you on the site. I didn't even know MicroPlay still was in existence. They had one around my way but I don't know whatever happen to it. I also remember the 3DO myself. I liked it, it was different at the time and brought a new look to the graphics of games. Space Ace was a good one. Well have fun and enjoy reliving your childhood. If you have any questions or concerns, or just want to chat about something, post it, there's always somebody to give you some sort of feedback.

Hey Tim,

You couldn't have summed it up any better because that is pretty much exactly my life and how I am feeling and why I joined.

Looking forward to reliving those classics!
