I was walking in the woods near my house when I saw a 3 feet away a tail with feathers I got closer and saw a huge bird that was asleep it looked like a seagull but it was the size of a house and it had really long neck along with what looked like blue fins on its back I tried to find out what it was but there is nothing like it in the books so if you may know what it could be please tell me.

yeah, that's kind of how I feel about it. While I don't want to dismiss this automatically because it sounds unbelievable it's hard to take it seriously with no proof.
