Do you eat breakfast? Or do you usually just skip breakfast? I skip it since I am usually not hungry in the morning, and I am going to just eat lunch only 2 or 3 hours later. So, do we actually need breakfast?

Most people I know do not eat breakfast, but I wonder if it is any different on here.

of course I do if I need to go shopping I need the energy. Though there were times that I did go for a walk before breakfast but that was before COVID

Monday-Thursday I tend to eat "breakfast" aka first break at work eat my food for lunch so I can leave earlier. So arguably I would say yeah it is needed so you can have energy for the rest of the day.

Any other day though I tend to not eat till after 12pm so I think it just comes to your personal schedule and how you are used to eating?

Overall I would say it is needed but not everyone can fit a perfect schedule on when to eat.

It's not needed. It's surely beneficial as you'll have more energy to start your day, and humans were always biologically meant to eat multiple meals throughout the day. But I've gone months of my life without eating proper breakfast.

From middle school to college I skipped breakfast every single day... and in efforts to maintain a general calorie deficit I do still skip some days of the week. I've been starting my day with smaller meals ever since my weight loss is nearing completion, but since I've still got a few pounds to go I'll only eat a protein-packed breakfast on days where I do muscle training i.e. a single serving of salted peanuts and some greek yogurt.
