Which pokemon do you think is easily forgotten?

For me Maractus. The fact there is 3 cactus pokemon and since I played gen 3 first it makes cacturne and cacnea come to my head immediately. Due to that I tend to forget about maractus.

I like playing Sporcle quizzes, and I've done the quizzes for each of the first four generations of Pokemon a lot. (If you're unfamiliar with Sporcle, you have a set amount of time to name as many of a particular thing as you can.) Here are my most common misses for each of those generations:

Gen IV: Chatot, Chingling

I've also taken my fair share of Sporocle quizzes (albeit not recently), and I'm pretty solid on Gen 1-4. Gen 5 onward starts to get a little more shaky, but here are a few Pokémon across all generations that frequently manage to slip through the cracks:

Qwilfish, Burmy, Finneon, Cryogonal, Elgyem, Beheeyem, Patrat, Heatmor, and Maractus.

I don't typically quiz myself on Gen 8 or 9 since that's when I really fell off of Pokémon, but I know that if I quizzed myself on those generations, I wouldn't do very well, lol.

I forget the Shellder and Seel lines sometimes too. I almost added them to my first post but the ones I listed are the ones I miss more often. Water types in general are easy to forget because there's SO MANY of them.

I'll always go with mine and my brother's favorite Pokemon, Tropius and Zangoose. Both don't evolve and really aren't very good, so they are easily forgotten.

I haven't got any of the DLCs for the Switch games, but I'm normally pretty good at remembering all the Pokemon introduced in those, as there aren't that many.

Sinistcha and Poltchageist or whatever they are called are exceptions though. Who even knows they exist at all? I have never seen one or owned one, I barely know what type it is. I know it has some signature move but I have no clue what it even does. I did a quiz some time ago and could not for the life of me even remember one of their names.
