The Marketplace is back up. Most purchases from the Marketplace have been restored. If you placed a listing after November 6th, 2019, you'll have to relist it because listings weren't restored.

If you purchased something in the past 4 months that wasn't restored, respond to this thread and I'll refund you your Viz.

I am quite confused about some things regarding this Marketplace restoration.

I have 4 Steam key purchases which have been restored. Back then I immediately redeemed those keys after the purchase, but now, in my inventory, the "Show Code" button appeard for those titels like if those are unused keys. So my question is, did I get back the exact same (already used) keys just the system "thinks" they are unredeemed, or those are in fact new and unused keys? If it's the latter, what should I do about it?

Also, I had an other Steam key (Empire & MEDIEVAL Total War Collections) purchase in the last 4 months, which did not get restored. And now, that title reappeared among the listings, even though I am pretty sure the one I purchased was the only available copy. So i guess this means that there can be other "fake" listings now, and this can cause some trouble.

Another somewhat related issue is my incorrect amount of Viz: Before the data loss I had around 13k Viz. After some "rounds" of restoration it went up to something like 52k Viz. And now (due to the restored purchases I guess) It went down to around 3k. So at the moment my balance is roughly 10k short than what it was before the data loss. I read a post from Minuano about Viz ammounts will get restored, but I am not sure if it was already done since or not.

Your purchase of 'Empire & MEDIEVAL Total War Collections' has been restored. You're correct that a few listings are going to contained used codes because of this. I tried to restore as many as I could but there are going to be a few that didn't get properly restored so I'm hoping users let me know ASAP so that I can get them taken care of.

A lot of users are going to be short on Viz so I'll be refunding them as quickly as I can. I went ahead and sent you 10K Viz. Thanks for the cooperation

I am missing 200k Viz and the user Blacksmith84 is missing 350k from his earnings during posting day. He's also missing trusted member status, he needs that back to do net play.
