So I know the first two games were already played so I'm late to making this thread but what did everyone think of the playoffs so far and who do you think will win?

I didn't watch the LSU game cause I was one hundred percent sure LSU would easily beat OU and it seems I was right about that. Seeing as I am from Ohio I watched the OSU Clemson game the whole time and you can call me salty but I think without the referees we would of won that game I say football is a game of momentum and the referees on many cases stole our's away from us I think a lot of the calls can be debated but I refuse to believe that fumble we returned for a touchdown that the referees said nah we cant let OSU have momentum to was anything less then a catch if you think about it if that was in the end zone it would of been called a touchdown any day of the week. Sorry for the rant but that game was the hardest I've ever watched any who I personally say LSU wins the national championship I just don't see anyway Clemson will stop LSU.

As a fellow Louisianian myself, I am going 100% for LSU to win the whole Football Playoffs. Although I was kinda hoping for a LSU vs OSU National Championship than LSU vs Clemson, but oh well.

I actually just got back yesterday from the Outback bowl between Auburn and Minnesota. My Gophers won! I was rooting for Ohio State since it's the Big Ten but now that they are out I want Ed O and LSU to win a National Title.

A few years ago I bought a book named "Meat Market: Inside the smash mouth world of College Football" by Bruce Feldman. Ed was a real wildman,he would challenge players to fight him if they thought they were tougher than him and he was just insanely funny in the book. It was sad to see how USC screwed him over but now to see him on the cusp of winning his first national title while USC is in some bottom rung bowl not even on Jan.1st is Karma at its finest.

Blacksmith84 : I can always appreciate a fellow Big 10 fan unless they were a fan of TTUN lol. I've never heard of that book or any of that about Ed so that's interesting to hear about. I realize now I didn't include in my first post that because Joe Burrow is from Ohio and as such many Ohio State fans will be cheering him on myself included.

SonicOlmstead : Burrow made a good choice to move on when he did. He now has a Heisman to show for it. I've been to the Horseshoe for a game about 4 years ago and you guys take football very seriously. I was there as a Gopher fan and I had some very aggressive things said to me and my buddy. We knew we wouldnt win but we wanted to experience the game there. Our stadium only holds like 39K so 100k was quite a sight for us.

SonicOlmstead : You can't believe on how happy I am that LSU has won the National Championship. Our first title since 2008, and it's about time that we get another title again.

I'm glad to see that Joe Burrow and LSU won the National Championship. I'm also glad that there's only 3 months until he joins the Cincinnati Bengals!
