Upgraded RetroArch from 1.7.5 to 1.7.7

I've upgraded the version of RetroArch that Vizzed uses from 1.7.5 to 1.7.7 for almost all of the systems. Because of issues with 1.7.7, the following systems were only upgraded to 1.7.6: Atari 2600, FDS, NES, Neo Geo Pocket & Color, Game Gear, Master System, and Genesis.

If you experience any issues that are probably caused because of the new version, let me know.

RetroArch 1.7.5 released in October of 2018. RetroArch 1.7.7 released in May of 2019, so there's over a half year worth of additions. 1.7.6 released in February of 2019.

Below are some links that give detailed information for these RetroArch releases. Keep in mind that a lot of these things don't affect the emscripten port of RetroArch.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
