The Tour de Vizzed will introduce new card styles for Vizzed GO. If someone is wearing a Jersey or banner, you'll be able to catch them even if you've already caught them at their current level. There's now 8 different styles for the Vizzed GO Cards and when the 8 different styles are combined with eachother, there's a very high number of unique possible styles for each user. I should point out that not all of the new card styles are exclusive to the TdV.

So for example, I can catch a Level 38 Lieutenant Vicktz and then another Level 38 Lieutenant Vicktz only if he's of a unique style. So I could then catch a Level 38 Lieutenant Vicktz wearing a Yellow Jersey and a Level 38 Lieutenant Vicktz wearing a Yellow and Blue Jersey but I cannot catch a Level 38 Lieutenant Vicktz wearing a Yellow Jersey if I already have 1.

When the users are stylized, it becomes harder to catch them. And the more styles a single user has, the harder it becomes. Here's all of the potential styles and how much they decrease the odds of catching that user.

1.5x Harder
-Yellow Jersey
-Blue Jersey
-Red Jersey
-Green Jersey

2x Harder
-Post Spree (italicized name)
-Gray Banner

3x Harder
-White Banner

4x Harder
-Rainbow Banner
-"Fire" Post Spree (flaming name)

When the username styles are stacked, so are the odds of catching that user. So for example, if a user has the Yellow and Blue Jersey, Rainbow Banner and are currently having a post spree, the difficulty would be 7x harder. The odds of catching a level 100 user with a regular trap is around 28% but with the above example, the odds would then be around 4%.
