I've been looking around the site to see where I can send my help request and I finally got to this forum. I apologize in advance if this isn't the right place.

I'm trying to regain access to an old account I set up on this site in 2010. I've been trying to retrieve my username and password using the Password Reset option but I'm receiving a message saying that my original email cannot be found.

I can still access my old profile while being logged out but I just can't log in anymore. I do know the email I used to make my account several years ago.

I'm wondering, do accounts get permanently closed after a long period of inactivity? Or does information get wiped after a certain period of time?

If it cannot be recovered, I'm fine with starting again with a new account but I'd rather pull up all my old stuff.

That aside, being back on this site brings back a whole lot of nostalgia...

User accounts are NEVER DELETED nor can you request deletion for them.

You not only have same username but also the same birth date so I am assuming Mituaski is you.

I am not an admin so I can't help recover account. I will summon those with power who can help. Since some of the admins are inactive I am going to summon Davideo7 the owner of site to increase odds of this being seen faster.

Could I get help on this too? I haven't been able to log in for about a month now. My old username is Snicket. Whenever I try to log in I get a message that states that it doesn't recognize either my password or username. Nor is my e-mail recognized,

I had given up on recovering my old account years ago once I saw there was an email problem. Out of sheer coincidence, an old friend brought up the site a couple weeks ago and I thought I'd give it a shot to try and get back in.
