I think Toon Link would win because he has an advantage of range attacks, which includes: arrows, bombs, and his boomerang, while Pikachu has his Thunder Jolt. Toon Link will propably use his range attacks, but Pikachu has powerful effective attacks, making him a good close combat attacker.

It would be a good battle, but I think Pikachu would win.

Hmmm.... To say the least, I believe Pikachu will win. First of all, his attacks are pretty fast, and if he can consistently string attacks, Toon Link is a goner. Second, Pikachu's thunder could stun Link into oblivion. Though, I have to admit the battle would be spectacular on both ends.

Honestly, I reckon that Pikachu would win. Assuming that Volt tackle wasn't affected by darts (Wooden), boomerangs(wooden), I think that Pikachu would win pretty easily. If PIkachu was affected by those though, I think that he would still win, as he could confuse the enemy (Thunder wave).
