i like pokemon games that are R/S/E and below. i thought after gen. 3 that it got ridiculous, i only like buizel and munchlax from the 4th generation, and only 1 from black and white so far, but i still play the new games now and then, and definitely play the remakes.

I have always been a big fan of the older Pokemon games, and still like to pull out my gameboy to play all the Originals. Even though I like the older gen. more, I have nothing against the newer generations. I just think of it as something new that Nintendo's trying, and if I ever find a pokemon game that I don't like, then I'll just play some Pokemon Yellow.

They had an in-game story section that just made me want to play it. And replay it. And replay it. No matter how many times I replay it, I find something new, or find the games all the more enjoyable. Of course, this is only the case with Emerald.
