Hi guys I wanted to make a thread for a topic that is more to home on here. Now if you guys can remember this well if you can when you first found vizzed, and the childhood games that you longed for. Did you take a few mins of your time to see what vizzed looked like? For me I felt it was a bit awkward since back then I wasn't used to it. I bypassed that, and went for the rgr room to play the games that I wanted. The ones I so missed very much. So what was your first impression about vizzed looks wise? I would really like to know your thoughts on that, if you don't mind.

Well, at first, I was just trying to find a way to play Pokemon ruby online (isn't everybody) so I wasn't even aware of half the amount of game in the rgr for a while.It was even later before I actually went on to the Vizzed board and now with so much other stuff to do, I usually come back just to check what's new on the boards.

So, it's kind of two different first impressions for me: My first impression of the rgr was "the most wonderful creation known to mankind".
And my first impression of the Vizzed board was, and sometimes still is, also kind of awkward, but maybe that's just because I'm not usually a very social person.

When I got to vizzed, I had everything ready for a virus attack with anti-virus, software updates, chrome, another laptop (rip test laptop 2 you saved hundreds), the works. First I was confuse how anything worked, I didn't know about pressing the game page leads to the game page or the game link leads to opening the game. One thing I was surprised was how there was no "install this possible malware program to support us", it was simple next and agree. The first game I played was sonic adventures, I had a real so I would know if vizzed made a fake one and again surprised it 100% was the real gameboy version in modern day laptop (windows visa). After that it took a few more days before I discovered it had a forum and I join because I was losing track of where to find them. The end.

My first impression of vizzed was amazement in just how many games can be played on this website. I still to this day have plenty of games that I still need to try out from this site.

   To be honest, though I felt ready, happy, and surprised when I started around Vizzed. And also shy as well, but we all got that feeling you know :/. I felt ready (yes ready) because I felt ready to play the games on Vizzed, post reviews, and do other tasks and other stuff from Vizzed, as you would feel kind of responsible and it would be kind of overwhelming for you, idk. I felt happy, mostly because of how you sign up, you get rid of the daily restrictions on how much times you can play games, so yeah, and also the fact that there's actually a community around here, yay . Finally, I felt a bit surprised, mostly because by the time I signed, there were a lot of possibilities to do around Vizzed, and obviously a couple of you guys should also feel it too when you were a newbie.

Back when I was a newbie, I thought that Vizzed was too big and scary and all of that stuff for me to get in. But I did. xD I really only made an account to keep communication between one of my friends and myself.

I've always been impressed about vizzed. Even before I was a newbie (before I knew that the forums existed) I was impressed about how many games and hacks there are in the RGR. I was happy to play as many as I could in a day and most days I'd play all the games I could until my limit ran out.

Once I signed up, I was even more impressed. Because I didn't have a limit on how many games I could play per day, I was able to discover other games I hadn't played on the site yet! Shortly after I registered, I discovered that I could post my opinions about the games I played. My very first thread was about a hack I played and enjoyed playing. Eventually I started making friends on the site and then I reached Member rank

Glad you made this thread ! My first impression about vizzed when I was a newbie was simple: Happy. I was so happy back then because I could play one of my favorite childhood games on this site as much as I want. That's why I registered, I was getting sick of the 7 games per day limit. I can play all the rgr games on a different site, functioning normally

When I 'joined' the community (when I first signed up I didn't post), I started loving Vizzed even more. I made a bunch of new friends (back then I was a lonely person). Vizzed taught me so many things that I did not know, and I'm thankful for that. No matter what happens to it, Vizzed will remain a special place to me. I will never forget it, ever

Spidey243 : I see so you started off in pokemon ruby. Were you really excited when you played the game? Also how long did you play before you got a bit bored, and to find the board next?

mastergame : I see most people would feel that way when entering into a site that they don't know much. That was how things was with me similar in a way when doing as said to make the rgr games work for me, and they did in the end. It was confusing at first to work on the instructions, but then I managed to get it and do the downloading right. It made me to like feel very happy after that.

gamerforlifeforever : That would be some other peoples thoughts on that as well. Many can not believe how one site did it all, and bring back something for them so they would think and it is the best site in the world.

VizzedGuy111 : Basically to my knowledge a lot of people do start out in the rgr. Then when ready would go to the board and adventure into a lot more things, that they would never do. So yes I can agree with you with the possibilities part there is so much on this site, that you can do for fun for you, and that's the best thing about it. ^-^

Titan127 :  I don't really blame you for that some would think the way you do and feel small when entering into an unknown place. That you don't know much about.

Pacman+Mariofan : Many people would pac. I mean who wouldn't? Those who wouldn't would need their head checked in. vizzed is one of those rare sites, that not many have been able to reach. Like doing a lot of things not many other sites can do it making it to be a very special site to those who are here. And to others who step onto here. Oh I see I don't know if I posted in that thread of yours....maybe I didn't. XD

greenluigi : No problem little bro. I'm not surprised, I mean anybody would be happy coming here and get a chance of a lifetime to play games once again. The games that they played when they were young when at the time the old retro games were out. Then you would go to the board and make great friends and so on. I know how you feel I really do. ^-^

Eniitan : lol yeah, fortunately vizzed is pretty awesome and so is pretty much everyone on here, so it was pretty easy to get into the groove of things once I actually started to venture onto the 'mysterious' forums and the like.

Titan127 : I'm not sure how to describe it well but....I dunno vizzed holds many things, that would make you feel relaxed in a way. And you would end up doing things, that you would never thought in your life that you would actually do. And those things make a difference which helps a lot like will help you a lot to achieve things, that you were not able to do before.

Eniitan : That's true I don't think you posted in that thread, I still remember it somewhat and if I remember correctly, only a user or 2 besides me posted in that thread. My threads used to get much fewer replies than they do now, and I used to not even respond to most of the posts made in my threads :/

Pacman+Mariofan : I knew it...anyways yeah that was something I used to remember a while back ago. But, look how far you have come and even changed yourself and improve yourself as well. It goes to show how great things happen to good people and you were one of them. Now I am not saying it doesn't apply to others. But, your someone I know well of that.

Eniitan : It isn't really that I changed/improved myself. God has been doing a lot of work in me over the past few years and I've been inspired by other users here as well as close friends of mine in real life. I'd like to keep improving.

One thing I'd really like to improve is how often I'm on vizzed during the school year, when I'm not too busy with homework. I think vizzed elites can usually be inactive but I don't want to follow that trend

Pacman+Mariofan : Well...you can't deny in a way you have because I have seen that. Yes god has been doing a lot of things through you, and I have also been able to see that. Its always nice to feel inspired by friends right? The best feeling to have to make you urge to do better, and more in any way possible, that you can. To improve by being on vizzed more during school year? Yes please. I would like to see if possible for, that to happen it would make me happy if you can try that.

Eniitan: I was super stoked about it at first, until I found out about Pokemon emerald, then I was even more stoked.So, I didn't actually play ruby very long, but as for Emerald, I'm not exactly sure on the details, but I know I never finished it.Maybe about, Half way?Tops?Something like that.

Spidey243 : Not sure why...its weird for your summons not to work. Anyways yeah that's the feeling we all got I mean. So you didn't finish it? Maybe you had a reason too or forgot to finish completing the game. When you see one of the rgr games that you recognize then you would see others. And the excitement would be too much to contain meaning you really want to explode. You would have to tell yourself to calm down I don't get to crazy, but that's the nostalgia feeling when that happens. We all get that feeling when it happens.

My first impression of vizzed was already great from the Start.  
I first came into the site looking for really old games like Street fighter and stuff I'm like oh wow this site has everything.

The community really influenced me as a newbie and somewhat molded me into the guy I was, when I was a newbie.

I came into a first ban really early in my newbie era, because I did some dumb things I don't wanna talk about regarding the RGR competition. But I knew my ban came through with no bad intentions.    I kept being encouraged to be better on the site.  
It took a while for me to get used to the people on the forums and in the various chats,  but my first impressions were generally great.


The site for me in terms of appearence was also pretty appealing, but I'd always be a guy for more skins as I really liked the chirstmas edition instead of the plain blue.

SuperCrash64 : Aww....thats so....when reading your post it made me feel as if I was going on this journey with you.....as much as it sounds weird, that's how I was feeling by reading this. Anything can happen to any member at first being a little trouble maker. And then grow to adapt to being much better, and to mature for his/ her mistakes as well. Everyone is not perfect, but what we can do is strive to be the best we can be.

At first,I did not really post on the forums or threads,I just came for the games. But I saw that most on here are thoughtful and insightful and so I learned to like the boards.
