Alright, my internet issues keep coming and going and my ISP can't seem to permanently fix it. Right now they solved it but since it's the 4th time now I don't know if or when it'll go down again, nor for how long. I'm sorry if it takes me a while to reply.

I'm picking Question #2 as well since we might not have that many opportunities to capitalize on a previous question like this, plus it's not like the other 2 would help significantly.
