Technically the last thing I ate was a few chips dipped in cottage cheese, but the last meal I ate was some bean and cheese burritos from Taco Bell with diablo sauce, and some onion rings from Sonic. Not something I would normally eat (they're good but unhealthy) but they were bought for me, so I couldn't very well refuse to eat them. Oh well, at least it tasted good.

The last thing I ate was the Caniac Combo from Raising Canes. About a week ago, one opened up in an area not too far from where I live. I went through the drive thru and even after a week cops were directing traffic there because of how busy they are. It took about a half an hour to finally get my food. Thankfully it was well worth the wait.

I mad dinner for the family just an hour ago. I took 5 oz of spinach, which is the whole container, sautéed it up in oil until it wilted, and set it aside. I went with mini thin crust pizzas, did the cheese with pizza sauce, added the spinach, fried up some ham to go with it, and put that in the oven. It baked down, browned a bit, I pulled it, I put red pepper flakes on it for some spark and tiny diced up gala apples. They add some crunch, some zest, and complement the sweet spicy from the other ingredients.

We didn't much else after that. Pizza is always good. Spinach, ham & cheese, with apples is especially nice.

I had a Greek Yogurt: Chocolate Coconut Bliss. The name is deceiving in this case though, since I didn't use the chocolate crumbles that come with it, so really it was just coconut. I usually eat one without the crumble and then the next time I eat one, I use it's crumble and the crumble that I saved from the one before it. Not as healthy, but more delicious. :V
