Bit of an experimental thread this one, so let's see how it goes.

I want to try new things to bring a bit of energy to my life, for a few weeks I have been feeling alienated from my life and like a am living through a lens so to speak.

So I wish to try a new thing everyday and wonder if I can gain a new perspective.

If you post in your suggestions daily I will select out one, if it is appropriate, and try it out.

I've done this before, maybe you could try it. For a few days, I felt like I was being disrespectful to my friends and people around me, so I decided to not talk for an entire day. This helped me listen better on what people had to say, and gave me an outside perspective on things I normally wouldn't have. It may not be the most exciting, but I think a life lesson can be learned from this.

P.S. Still working on this layout, it's not as good as I had intended it to be.

Meditation can be a wonderful thing, if you haven't tried it before my suggestion is to spend an hour a day meditating in some form or another and reflect on life.
You'd be surprised the insights you can have within yourself if you just take the time to calm your thoughts, block out all external stimuli, and really listen to what YOU have to say.
