My favourite game franchise will be the Tales Series (Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Xillia, etc)
I became a fan of the game franchise after I first played the Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 2. 
My feeling after playing the game is like: "Finally!!! I found my true favourite game!" The battle style of the game are different from others and this is why I like the games. Oh, and I like the skits too....

Mines would be Zelda because it brought me so much creativity within my young mind. The first one I ever played was Ocarina of Time, I thank my dad for getting me into this game cause it has given me my dream. I still play Zelda games till this day. I have two answers. Either Minecraft or Pokemon. I don't know if Minecraft counts as a franchise since there is only one game. If it is, Minecraft. I love Minecraft because it's so open and free. There are really no rules. I usually play multi-player since I love playing with my friends. I love Pokemon because, well, no game will ever be the same. RPG is my favorite genre and Pokemon perfects the system.

I'm going to sound a bit odd here, but definitely Sonic. I didn't even grow up exclusively with him, but I just find the characters and games more enjoyable than most of Mario's Churn-out-the-same-game series. (Don't get me wrong, I love the RPGs, but otherwise... eh.)

It seems Pokémon is the most popular, that's great! I loved Pokémon Emerald and Fire ed as a kid, the anime got me into it though, I remember watching the show as a kid, and just staring there dumbstruck (I remember commanding my 3 pitbulls to battle lel) one time we went to walmart and my mom had gotten a promotion so she said me, my friend, and my brother could pick out 2 games each! Out of all the games listed, I'd have to settle with Pokemon. I simply haven't been exposed to enough gaming to know any better.  I do enjoy them very much though, so I can't say I regret having only one viable option from the list.

This is an easy one for me...Assassin's Creed. I have owned every single game since the first one came out and I haven't looked back at all. If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be ACII, only because its the only game I have every trophy for. Getting 100% for that game was a lot of fun. Assassin's Creed is also the only franchise I have more than two games for, so of course it would be my favorite.

If you know me at all, you'll know that I am a sports freak. I feel I have to mention that the college football games come in a very close second for me. I love playing the NCAA Football franchise almost as much as Assassin's Creed (obviously), but its a shame that no more games will be made (until further notice, anyway).
