Cyro Xero : The video chat thing isn't something I care about at all, in fact I'd prefer not to have it since a lot of potential problems could come up with having it. I'm fine with Basic or Professional with cometchat. Both cometchat and 123 flash chat offer that desktop messenger though and I'd love to have that. Than again, that could potentially hurt traffic because than that would be like saying someone didn't have to come to the site to chat with one of their friends, so maybe I'd only make it available to staff members and if I did that, maybe it wouldn't be worth the money

Cyro Xero : Yeah after thinking about it more, I think I'll just update my cometchat and maybe upgrade to the Professional. It comes with a few extra features and is $80 more than the basic. The additional feature that stuck out the most for me was 'Facebook/Gtalk Friends Chat' which would basically let you chat with people on facebook or gtalk right from vizzed. 'Save Conversation Plugin' and 'Branding Free Edition' are nice features too. I think I'll hold off on the $200 desktop application for now. It's up to you if you want to donate toward it but I should have enough money to cover it (don't get me wrong, I'm not saying not to donate, I'm just saying that I don't want you to feel obligated to donate).
