Unfortunely if nowadays, in the 3rd millenium, there are are so many prejudice against gays is because of the catholic morality.

The Church sometimes seems to forget what Jesus Christ said, that is "love each other".

In the past culture homosexuality or bisexuality it wasn't considered a sin but a normal fact (think about Romans or Greek culture)

I guess... for me, I'm still kinda figuring it out. I'm probably straight though, but that doesn't mean I've never thought about what it would be like if things were different. That will all come later though.
